The EPFD community hall is a service offered to the Edgewater Park Community. The hall offers a convenient and local space that is perfect for special events such as communions, baptisms, baby showers, birthday parties, etc. The space consists of a main room with space for up to 75 attendees, two ADA accessible bathrooms, a raised stage area perfect for setting out food and a kitchen. Please refer to the hall rental calendar below to see availability.
General Hall Rental Policies:
- You must be at least 21 years of age in order to rent the hall.
- Hall rentals are set-up for 5hr events. Renters are given 2hrs. for set-up & 1 hr. for clean-up.
- Renters may request additional time for set-up/clean-up, which is given based on room availability.
- Rentals must end by 10pm Sun - Thurs., 11pm Fri -Sat.
- Rentals for gated/ticketed events are not permitted except for community organizations.

Submitting a hall rental request DOES NOT confirm your rental date. Rentals are confirmed upon signing of an Hall Rental Agreement.
